The company:

Our client is a well-established company in the financial services industry. Since 2012, they have helped clients navigate the global financial markets and build long-term investments. Today, the company has over 250 employees at its headquarters in central Malta. They are currently looking to expand their in-house marketing capabilities by adding a Media Buyer Specialist for the Italian market as an asset to their dynamic team!

What You'll Do:

  • Identify the target audiences for media campaigns and decide communication strategy

  • Build long-term relationships with foreign digital publishers or online advertising platforms

  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces online

  • Optimize and monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

  • Day-to-day management including in-depth data analysis and optimization

  • Work closely with sales department and manage a monthly advertising budget

Who You Are:

  • You speak Italian fluently

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and campaign performance metrics

  • Previous experience or demonstrated interest in digital marketing

  • Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
